Once in the program, the group will meet typically on Friday afternoons for up to 4 hours over the period of two months. The exact time of these meetings can vary, based on the project of the day (for example when we go to record at the radio studio, we usually go in the mornings.) At the completion of the program, students will be required to host and give a final presentation to the business community, showcasing all their hard work and new marketing portfolio. This presentation is typically held in the evening during a weeknight.
