Neligh

Neligh, Nebraska, the county seat of Antelope County, is located in the Elkhorn River Valley within Northeast Nebraska. Situated on the crossroads of HWY 14 and HWY 275. Neligh is home to many yearly festivals including the Old Mills Days, Antelope County Fair, Neligh Fall Mill Festival and Novemberfest. They also host a monthly Antelope County Young Professional’s gathering. This community was awarded 2017 NENEDD Community of the Year. There are 8 churches, over seven restaurants (two which have a bar open late) and many different recreation opportunities for all tastes. Make sure to check out their Riverside Park which has available camping pads, playground equipment, tennis and basketball courts, and horseshoes. Neligh is also near tourist attraction Ashfall Fossil Beds. Enjoy other recreation with wildlife management areas, golf at Antelope Country Club, access to the Cowboy Trail, and TK Drive-In, the only drive in movie theater in the state.
